What are the rental periods available and what does ClozEnough recommend?

The rental period is determined by the Host and can be as little as one day. ClozEnough encourages Host’s to set a minimum rental period based on what they are comfortable with, but the longer the better in order to maximise revenue and minimise potential damage in transit.

Before shipping the bag to the guest, you must take multiple images of it. You can use these images as references.

What are the recommended photos for my bag? Do you have any best practices?

Feel free to:

1. Use a photo of you wearing it as the cover

2. Take several pictures from various angels

3. Close-ups that highlight any details

4. Images of every branding and authenticity

In order to provide our Guests complete visibility, we encourage the cover photo of a listing to be a clear image of the same item being worn. It is preferable to have a photo taken by you because it eliminates any room for doubt. The more appealing your listing is, the more likely it is that it will attract renters.

Is my bag expected to have the original box and dust bag?

Your bag is expected to have a higher earning potential if it has the original box and dust bag, however can be rented without it. It is important to make it clear in the description and/or photographs if the bag will come with the original box and dust bag. If you do not have these, ClozEnough recommends getting a dust bag for your bag to protect it between rentals and in transit.
